Sometimes we are in such a rush I just don't have time to make a traditional meal. I try to have meals like lasagna or chili prepared in the freezer to grab and reheat, but sometimes I even fail at that. So on those occasions we do sometimes have prepackaged store bought meals.

These are two of our favorites. We get the Prima Pasta Chicken and Mozzarella stuffed raviolis from Costco. They also carry lobster ones but I couldn't find them on their website. The lobster ones come in an orange colored pasta. Both varieties are very tasty. To prepare the chicken ones we have drizzled red sauce over them and also just tossed them in olive oil and topped with fresh shredded parmesan. The lobster raviolis are amazing with just a very light drizzle of vodka sauce or a light lemon butter sauce. Neither of these raviolis need heaping amounts of sauce, the flavors are excellent alone.
The TGI Friday meals....I can't believe we make these, never thought I would. But they are affordable (I can get them for $4 when I have coupons) and they are so quick and so easy to make. I am a fan of the Creamy Chicken Pasta Carbonara flavored meal. You simply just follow the directions on the package and in 15 minutes you have a meal. My husband says he is still hungry after eating one of these and sometimes he makes and eats the WHOLE bag on his own.
