I adapted this recipe from a version I saw on The Food Network . It seemed like a slightly healthier alternative to chicken wings, which I so often crave. I changed the recipe by decreasing the amount of butter and blue cheese and omitting the olive oil. I used my grill pan for the chicken so I had no need for the olive oil and decreasing the butter just gave it more buffalo flavor.
Ingredients Directions
Put the chicken into the oven until it is cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes. In the microwave melt the butter, add the hot sauce and white vinegar and stir. Pour the sauce over the hot chicken and put back into oven for 2 minutes or until sauce bubbles. |
