I love going to the boardwalk at the beach and eating the fresh hot caramel corn. We always bought a bucket of it and brought some home to savor the goodness. My cousin gave me this recipe at my bridal shower and I finally got around to making it. I made multiple huge batches and used it at my son's birthday party. We put them in little popcorn bags since we were having a baseball theme with stadium type foods. My grandma loved the popcorn and told me she would like the extras - guess that means this recipe is a keeper!

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup popcorn kernels
1 cup marshmellows
8 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
Pop the kernels and salt popcorn. Meanwhile, on stove bring butter, marhsmallows, and brown sugar to boil. Remove from heat and pour over popcorn. Stir until popcorn is evenly coated.Spread popcorn evenly over bakign tray. Bake at 225 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
