Our baking club (yes, we have a baking club, more on that to follow) made these S'more cupcakes from  Martha Stewart's Cupcake Book, page 151-152. I am in awe at how great they came out. They looked so cute and the toasting with the blow torch was a blast.  They are definately good, tastes just like a S'more.

About our baking club - a group of ladies joined together because in theory we all love to bake. I say in theory because I am quite sure we have a few ladies who just come for the socialization. As we all know, baking is fun, but the outcome is usually tasty treats that tempt us to over indulge. In an effort to keep from over indulging, we created the baking club. The club allows us to bake and have a few goodies but not too many since we split them and all take home a few of the desserts.
